“This is the second time we have engaged Graham and his team and the most recent was an extensive refurbishment on a period house we purchased in Sanderstead. It was a 3 month project and involved everything from removing internal walls to accommodate a large kitchen/diner, a new downstairs toilet, opening a 3 metre cavity to allow for a sliding door to be fitted as well as fitting a new kitchen along with tiling, plumbing the list goes on.

The house itself hadn’t been touched in years and in essence we replaced old with new whilst maintaining the period features. We could not be more delighted with the outcome, the level of professionalism of the team and the quality of work was outstanding. He is a very skilled craftsman and unlike other builders who say they can do most things Graham can and can do them very well.
